1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how AAGAAS LLC (“AAGAAS”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses and shares personal information through our website, www.aagaas.com (the “Site”), and when you contact us or we contact you about our products. AAGAAS is a liaison company that connects buyers with manufacturers.

  • We collect the information you choose to send us through our request form or by email or phone.
  • We use it to respond to you, to arrange trial sticks and quotes, and to do business with you.
  • We do not sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising.
  • The Site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
  • The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

3. Information we collect

Information you give us through the request form. When you request a trial stick or a quote, we collect:

  • your name;
  • the name of your organization (for example a club, team, school or retailer);
  • your role;
  • your city and state;
  • your email address;
  • your phone number, if you choose to give it;
  • whether you want a trial stick, a quote or both, and which stick you are interested in;
  • your message; and
  • whether you agreed to be contacted about your request.

Information you give us directly. If you email, call or write to us, we collect the information you choose to share, such as your contact details and the content of your message. If we arrange a trial stick or an order, we may ask for business information needed to complete it, such as a delivery address.

Information collected automatically when you visit. Like most websites, our hosting provider receives technical information needed to deliver the Site and keep it secure. This includes your IP address, browser type, device information, the pages you request, the referring page and the date and time of your visit. The Site also loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser sends your IP address to Google when a page loads. We do not use this information to identify you or build a profile about you.

Business contact information for outreach. We may send business emails about our products to people at clubs, teams, schools and retailers, using business contact details that organizations publish or that are shared with us.

Information we ask you not to send. Please do not send sensitive information through the request form or by email, such as health information, financial account numbers, Social Security numbers or government identification numbers. Our form does not ask for it.

4. Cookies and tracking

The Site does not set cookies. It does not use analytics, advertising, social media pixels or other tracking technologies. Because we do not track visitors across websites, there is nothing for “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signals to turn off. If this changes, we will update this policy before we start.

5. How we use personal information

We use personal information to:

  • respond to your enquiries and requests;
  • arrange trial sticks, prepare quotes and process orders;
  • communicate with you about your request or order;
  • send business emails about our products where permitted by law, with a way to opt out in every email;
  • operate, maintain and secure the Site, including preventing spam and misuse;
  • keep business records and meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations; and
  • establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

6. How we share personal information

We share personal information only as described below:

  • Service providers. Companies that provide services to us, only as needed for those services: Hostinger (website hosting, our business email, and processing of the request form, which is sent to us by email) and Google LLC (font delivery through Google Fonts).
  • Manufacturing partners. As a liaison, we may share the details of a request or order with the manufacturer that will produce it, such as organization name, product specifications, quantities, colors, branding and delivery requirements. We share only what is needed to prepare a quote, sample or order.
  • Legal reasons. When we believe disclosure is required by law, regulation, legal process or a government request, or is needed to protect the rights, property or safety of AAGAAS, our customers or others.
  • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, sale of assets, financing or similar transaction, subject to this policy.
  • With your consent. In any other case where you ask us to or agree to it.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.

7. Marketing emails, calls and opting out

If we send you marketing emails, each one will identify AAGAAS, include our postal address and tell you how to opt out. To stop receiving marketing emails, email jasmehrahi@aagaas.com with the word UNSUBSCRIBE, or see our unsubscribe page. We will process your request within 10 business days. We may still send you messages about an existing request or order.

If you give us your phone number, we will use it only to contact you about your request or order. We do not send marketing text messages or make automated or prerecorded marketing calls.

8. How long we keep information

  • Form submissions and enquiries that do not lead to an order: up to 24 months from our last contact with you.
  • Records of quotes, samples and orders: up to 7 years, for tax and accounting purposes.
  • Opt-out requests: as long as needed to honor them.

After that, we delete the information or keep it only in a form that no longer identifies you.

9. How we protect information

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we hold. The Site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and access to our hosting and email accounts is limited to authorized people. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children’s privacy

The Site and our request form are intended for adults (18 or older), including coaches, team and club managers, schools, retailers and adult players. The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Our form does not ask for a player’s age or home address. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop sending you marketing emails. To make a request, email jasmehrahi@aagaas.com. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request, and we will not treat you differently for making one. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable state privacy laws.

The Site links to other websites, such as LinkedIn. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please read their privacy policies.

13. Visitors outside the United States

AAGAAS is based in the United States and the Site is intended for users in the United States. If you visit from elsewhere, your information will be processed in the United States, where laws may differ from those in your country.
