Terms of Use

1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of www.aagaas.com (the “Site”), operated by AAGAAS LLC (“AAGAAS”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Who may use the Site
The Site is intended for adults aged 18 or older, and for people acting on behalf of a business or organization such as a club, team, school or retailer. By using the request form, you confirm that you are at least 18 and that the information you provide is accurate. If you submit a request for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.
3. What AAGAAS does
AAGAAS is a liaison company. We connect buyers with manufacturers and act as the buyer’s point of contact for specifications, samples, quotes and orders. AAGAAS does not itself manufacture products.
4. Product information
Product descriptions, specifications and photographs on the Site are provided for general information. Measurements and weights are nominal and may vary slightly, and colors may look different on different screens. We may update product information at any time without notice, and we may correct any errors in it.
Pricing, minimum order quantities and lead times are not published on the Site. They are quoted for each order.
5. Requests, quotes and orders
A request sent through the Site, by email or by phone is an enquiry only. It is not an order and does not create a contract. A quote is valid only for the period stated in it. No contract for the supply of products exists until AAGAAS confirms an order in writing. Each order will be governed by the written terms issued with the quote or order confirmation. If those written terms conflict with these Terms, the written terms apply to that order.
6. Trial sticks
Trial sticks are provided free of charge, at our discretion and in limited numbers, for evaluation by adult players and by coaches, teams, club managers, schools and retailers. They are not offered to children. Requesting a trial stick does not oblige you to place an order.
7. Safe use of products
Lacrosse is a contact sport. Players should use appropriate protective equipment and follow the rules of their league or governing body. You are responsible for confirming that any product meets the equipment requirements of the league, competition or governing body in which it will be used.
8. Acceptable use
When using the Site, you agree not to:
- submit false, misleading or another person’s information;
- send spam, unsolicited advertising or harmful code through the Site or our form;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its hosting or our accounts;
- interfere with or disrupt the Site, including by automated scraping or excessive requests; or
- use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
9. Suspension of access
We may suspend or restrict access to the Site or our request form, or decline to respond to a request, if we reasonably believe the Site is being misused or these Terms have been breached.
10. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including the AAGAAS LLC name and logo, text, layout and photographs, are owned by or licensed to AAGAAS. You may view and print pages for your own business evaluation. You may not copy, modify, republish or use our name, logo or content for any other purpose without our written permission.
11. Information you send us
You are responsible for the information you send us. If you send us logos or branding for custom products, you confirm that you have the right to use them and permit us and our manufacturing partners to use them to prepare quotes, samples and orders for you. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Links to other websites
The Site links to other websites, such as LinkedIn. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.
13. Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Any warranty for products is given only in the written terms for that order.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AAGAAS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
16. Electronic communications
When you use the Site or email us, you agree to receive communications from us electronically, and that communications we send electronically satisfy any requirement that they be in writing. Notices to AAGAAS should be sent by email to jasmehrahi@aagaas.com.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
18. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer these Terms without our written consent; we may transfer them in connection with a merger, sale of assets or reorganization. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any written terms for a specific order, are the entire agreement between you and AAGAAS about the Site.
